Tips For “Fall” Wellness

September has arrived ! We wish everyone a happy and smooth beginning to the new school year. As Fall approaches, here are some simple suggestions to help keep you in tip top shape:
Get a good night sleep (at least 7 hours)
Eat a balanced diet
Exercise regularly. We suggest the Rebounder or X-iser for getting fit!
Reduce Sugar Intake
Drink plenty of purified water
